patch 1.4 issue

at the first time i test out this patch every thing was working well. but today i was trying to play the game and sudenly i cant change the monsters at all. the R and Q keys are not working, but i can move and jump and do many things but this not always happining. another issue is related to sound and menus. for sound the delay increase not decreased and sometimes get off, for menus its not precise, some times i click continue then it get me in controls and vice versa.
